  • 1/8 cup butter milk
  • 8 oz fingerling potatoes
  • 1 clove garlic
  • salt & pepper

  • Wash potatoes and smash the garlic
  • Put them into a sauce pot with enough water to cover
  • Bring to a boil, then cook covered for ~15 minutes until tender
  • Mash and add buttermilk, and season to taste with salt and pepper
