  • ~200g fresh gnocchi
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • ~250g gourmet mushroom mix (or shitake)
  • 2 large garlic cloves, minxed
  • 75g creamy blue cheese
  • parsley to taste

  • Boil water and cook gnocchi following package instructions, drain and set aside
  • Heat oil and butter in a large non stick skillet, add onion and mushrooms and cook over high heat
  • Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally
  • Remove the lid, add garlic, cook for another minute
  • Add blue cheese into pan, melt, add gnocchi, cook for another minute or two until combined
  • Serve
