Ingredients
- ~200g fresh gnocchi
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- ~250g gourmet mushroom mix (or shitake)
- 2 large garlic cloves, minxed
- 75g creamy blue cheese
- parsley to taste
Instructions:
- Boil water and cook gnocchi following package instructions, drain and set aside
- Heat oil and butter in a large non stick skillet, add onion and mushrooms and cook over high heat
- Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally
- Remove the lid, add garlic, cook for another minute
- Add blue cheese into pan, melt, add gnocchi, cook for another minute or two until combined
- Serve
