Rosemary and Oregano chicken breasts

  • Heat non-stick pan over medium-high heat (6.5)
  • Butterfly chicken breasts and pat both sides dry
  • Rub with salt, pepper, oregano and rosemary
  • Add oil to pan
  • Cook chicken with lid on for ~4 minutes each side
